When is my order going to ship?Updated 2 months ago

Domestic US Orders


Standard Shipping

  • Orders received before 4pm CST will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Transit times exclude weekends and/or holidays.
  • Please allow additional processing and delivery time during holiday periods. 
  • Any holds or extended processing times must be considered. If your order requires more information to process or is placed on a hold, your order will ship the first business day after the order is processed or hold is released. 
  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your tracking number to show movement once you have received your shipping notification.


Expedited Shipping

  • Orders will be processed and shipped on the following business day. 
  • Transit times exclude weekends and/or holidays. 
  • Please allow additional days for processing during holiday and high-volume periods. 
  • Any holds or extended processing times must be considered. If your order requires more information to process or is placed on a hold, your order will ship the first business day after the order is processed or hold is released. 
  • Expedited shipping refunds will not be issued if your order is placed on a hold or the processing window is extended as your order will ship with the expedited shipping method chosen at checkout. 
  • All processing and shipping timelines are subject to change during normal and holiday periods.


International Orders

  • Orders received before 4pm CST will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
